Warranty/Exchanges/Refund Policy

At Control Tactical Apparel we utilize only the finest industry recognized textiles and materials, whether they be remanufactured, assembled, or manufactured in house to represent and display our culture. We expect no manufacturer defects, as all items have been inspected for quality control prior to packaging; although, in the event a defect of workmanship is found, please contact Control Tactical Apparel via   email- controltactical@outlook.com to discuss details of the defect and product exchange within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns. However, we will complete an Exchange if there is an order error on our behalf, the product has not been worn, washed, stained, is free of odours (smoke, perfume), human/animal hair, and returned in its original packaging. Exchange's will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email- controltactical@outlook.com to discuss details of the Exchange.

If you ordered an item that's the incorrect size, such as Shirts, Jackets, Belts, or any item that is not adjustable in size. We are willing to complete an Exchange with a $20.00 restocking fee charged in advance and pending the product has not been worn, washed, stained, is free of odours (smoke, perfume), human/animal hair, and returned in its original packaging. Exchange's will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email- controltactical@outlook.com to discuss details of the Exchange.

In the event of a refund or store credit. Refunds may take up to 20 days to process after being issued depending on your independent financial institution. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed.
