Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in North America. Note that there are restrictions on some provincial and state destinations. At this point unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will primarily ship via Canada Post and their affiliates when border crossing into the United States.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full unit of measure.

Be advised a Tracking number will be provided to you via email confirmation. Please first contact the shipping company for lost or delayed packages using your supplied tracking number before contacting Control Tactical Apparel. We will provide support, but be advised we are also, at the mercy of the shipping provider and take no responsibility for lost, stolen, or mistreated packages.

We generally ship twice a business week, but we have been know to ship next day of order.
